Banska Kosa Hill
Is an elongated elevation in eastern Croatia, or more precisely in the northeastern part of Baranja on Baranja's shallow plateau, its highest peak Kamenjak, is 244 m.The highest part of Banska Kosa hill above village Popovac is also called Banovo Brdo. There is a television transmitter with auxiliary facilities owned by the Transmitters and Connections d.o.o. (OiV) and a villa owned by Belje d.o.o (a part of the Agrokor group), leads to the asphalt road from Knezevi Vinogradi to Kamenac. Radiotelevision emitter was built in 1966. And is 202 meters high. In some sources (Bösendorfer, 243 m), the highest peak of the Banska Kosa Hill is also called Banski Stol.
